Access requests are designed to allow users to request access to an academy. Here is how you can deny or approve a request.
To set up access requests, click on settings-->general-->advanced-->Allow "Request For Access" to academy or tutorials. Once this feature is enforced, you will see a new Access Requests section appear in your settings panel.
From here you can select which admins will receive Access Request notifications by clicking on Manage Users-->Access Requests-->Alert Settings. When a new access request comes in these admins will be sent an auto-generated email notifying them.
To deny/approve a request click into Settings-->Manage Users-->Access Requests-->select a learner's name and select the "Approve" or Deny" button. Note: if multiple admins are set to receive access requests, a fellow admin may approve/reject the activity before others view it. If this happens, you will notice that the access request that was originally sent to you is no longer listed.
