How do I assign a tutorial to learners?

To assign a tutorial to a learner click into Settings and then select Manage Users. Once in the manage users page, select a learner's name or select all your learners by clicking the very first radio box. Once a learner's name has been selected, you can then select Assign Tutorials and Pathways
