We will go over how to integrate Niche Academy with Azure AD to provide SSO for learners.
1. You will want to start by opening your Azure Environment, clicking "Enterprise applications" which will bring you to another screen
2. On this new page click the New application button.
3. Click "+ Create your own application" then name it Niche Academy and click create.
4. After creating the application, it will bring you into the applications environment, once you are in here click the Single sign-on button on the left side, then select SAML.
5. Once the Basic SAML Configuration window pops up, you will want to go to your academy, and go to Settings > Integrations > Azure AD, this will display a window with information that we will need for the next step.
6. Copy the information from Niche, and paste it accordingly in the Basic SAML Configuration window.
7. Once the information is in the right place click Save at the top left.
8. Once it is saved scroll down and copy the Set up Niche Academy Information
9. Go back to your academy and paste the information from step 8 into the LMS details which you can switch to by clicking next from the Niche academy details page you were on from step 5
10. Go back to the Azure settings, select properties on the left-hand side, and copy the Application ID
11. Go back to Niche Academy, and paste the Application ID in the designated space.
12. Finally download the SSO certificate from the SAML Certificates section on Azure, and upload that certificate to the same page you uploaded the information to on step 9, and click save
And that should be it, all you need to do now is send learners the link to your academy, and instead of signing in with a Niche academy account, there will be an option to sign in with their Azure logins.
