Here are some tips and tricks to fix your sound while playing videos on Niche Academy.
If you click play on a video and no sound is coming through, here are the most common fixes:
1. The sound is turned all the way down or muted. To fix the issue, click on your sound icon and drag the volume slider till you can hear the video sound.
2. The device you use to access Niche Academy is connected to headphones or another Bluetooth device. Check that Bluetooth for your device is turned off or switch to the connected sound device.
If your sound is still not working after these tips and tricks, contact us at support@nicheacademy.com. If you are using a library computer or device contact your library admin. Note: Niche Academy does not have direct access to local or library devices.
