Automated templates are a great way to customize emails that go to your learners or admins from the Niche Academy platform.
To access automated templates, click on general settings and then advanced. Here you will see all of the emails that are sent from Niche Academy's platform.
Click on a template name and select New Template to create a template. Give the template a name, email header (ex. Welcome to Niche Academy), and add your new custom email in the text box editor.
If you click on the # icon, you can find a list of keywords Niche Academy uses. When your ready click save and give it a test!
