The short answer is yes; use the knowledge check element in a sequence.
The Test feature is meant to capture the learner's understanding at the end of the learning experience. For this reason, Tests don't have the option to provide learner feedback.
If you want to provide learners feedback based on their answers, use the knowledge check element in a lesson. As you add answers to questions, click Feedback next to each option and include why the answer is correct or incorrect.
After the learner completes the knowledge check, they will see a pop-up with the feedback for their selected answers.
First Add a Lesson to the tutorial, Then click Add Element, then select Knowledge Check in the drop down list
Click "+Add Question", and select which kind of question you want to ask
Write some possible answers to your question, and click into the Feedback boxes to explain why each choice is right or why it is wrong. The purpose of a knowledge check is to check the learner's understanding and help them learn(different than adding a Test, which is graded)
Click Save, to save your feedback for each answer possibility
