There are a few reasons you might not be able to sign in.
First, if you enter your email and get a User not found error, double check to make sure the email is entered correctly. If the email is correct, you don't have an account yet. Click Create an account and follow the steps.
If you enter a password and get a Password invalid error, try entering the password one more time. If the second attempt doesn't work, click Forgot Password? You will receive an email with a link to reset your a password.
If you still can't sign in, the academy you are trying to access might be set to Private. In this case, talk with your academy admin about adding you to the list of invited learners. Once invited to the academy, your Niche Academy account is created (if you haven't created one already) and you will receive an automatically delivered welcome email with a link to create a password.
If you have not received the welcome email within 5 minutes of being added, check the Spam folder. If the welcome email is missing, you can still create a password. Just enter your email in the sign in box and then click Forgot Password? to receive an email with a link to create your password.
